COSTUME AND PROP DESIGNER
As a costume and props designer for BH Broadway theatrical productions, I was responsible for creating costumes and especially props for the characters, taking into consideration the story, chosen aesthetics, and available budget. To achieve this goal, it was necessary to carefully analyze the script to understand the needs of the characters and the style of the production.
Once the design was defined, I initiated the process of selecting fabrics, hiring seamstresses, and supervising the manufacturing of the costumes. As for the props, being crucial elements for the presentation, I personally made them, ensuring that they were ready for the rehearsals. This was essential to ensure that the artists had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the real props before the presentation, a fundamental practice, especially when it came to children.
In addition, it was my responsibility to coordinate the team of seamstresses who produced the costumes, in order to ensure that they were ready and perfect in time for the performances. In summary, my role was of vital importance for the success of the BH Broadway productions, as I ensured the quality of the costumes and props, fundamental elements for the realization of a high-quality show.
